It is safe to say that many do not like seeing charging cables strewn across the floor or table because it looks very messy, this is why charging docks and wireless charging – anything to reduce the amount of cables – tend to be popular. Now if you’re after a neat charging solution, you’re in luck as Griffin might have something for you.

The company has recently announced the Cove which is a charging station where users can charge multiple devices at once, and all in a pretty neat and tidy solution. It looks a bit like a tiny shelf of sorts designed for mobile devices and wearables in mind. The company claims that users will be able to charge up to five tablets, smartphones, or other electronic devices all at once.

There is even a sliding front cover which you can pull down to hide the devices that are being charged, although if you have multiple devices charging maybe leaving it open to help dissipate the heat might be a good idea. In fact the front cover actually doubles as a kickstand of sorts so you can charge your other devices and prop up your phone or tablet at the same time.

We have to say that we like the idea of it. It’s compact and should fit nicely on tables or even shelves. If you’d like to learn more or pledge your support, hit up its Indiegogo page for the details, or check out the video above where Griffin explains more about it.
