Sony’s E3 2015 press conference has come and gone, while the company may not have made some major announcements that rival Microsoft did for the Xbox, it did show off some of the titles that many of us have been anxiously waiting for. Street Fighter V was given the spotlight during the press conference as Sony revealed two new combatants that are making their way into the title, and it also revealed the release date for the public beta.

The company has confirmed when the Street Fighter V public beta for PlayStation 4 is going to be released, it comes amid weeks of rumors and reports regarding various details of this title, which many PlayStation owners are undoubtedly looking forward to.

Street Fighter V’s moment at E3 2015 give us a look at Cammy and Birdie, the aforementioned two new combatants that have been confirmed for the title. They’ll certainly make an interesting addition to Street Fighter V.

However what matters most to fans of this franchise is when the beta is going to be released. Sony confirmed during its E3 2015 press conference that the Street Fighter V beta for PlayStation 4 is going to be released to customers who have already pre-ordered the title next month, July 23rd to be precise.

Street Fighter V is going to be an exclusive title for the PlayStation 4 and PC, Capcom has already confirmed that it won’t ever be released for the Xbox One.
