Last week the multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 went live for gamers on the PlayStation 4. For those who are planning on gaming on the PC or the Xbox One, you might be pleased to learn that the beta is now live for you guys as well. If you have pre-ordered the game then you should be able to access it via the beta codes that you received.

Unfortunately if you did not pre-order the game, it looks like you won’t be getting any access to the multiplayer beta. The beta will run from the 26th of August until the 30th of August, but it is expected to open up to Xbox Live Gold members from the 28th of August to the 30th of August, so if you’re a member it looks like you will get to try it out as well.

No word on whether Treyarch will open up the beta to all Xbox One gamers eventually like they did for PS4 gamers, or if they will decide to extend the beta by an additional day, so we guess we’ll just have to keep an eye out for it. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is expected to be released on the 6th of November 2015, so this beta is a good way to experience what the game will be like upon its release.
