apple musicWhen it comes to social media presence, Apple is probably one of the biggest tech companies around who does not have much of one. Sure, we’ve seen tweets come from Apple execs, but unlike other companies who have set up dedicated social media pages and accounts, Apple is strangely missing from the picture.

However it seems that the culture at Apple could be slowly changing. It has been recently spotted that Apple has launched a dedicated Twitter account for Apple Music Help. Basically just like all other Twitter help accounts, this account will keep an eye out on social media for anyone having issues with Apple Music.

Alternatively, users of Apple Music can always tweet the account – @AppleMusicHelp – if they run into any issues or have any questions that they would like to ask. Given how much Apple has riding on Apple Music, we suppose it is fair that they are trying to reach out to as many users as possible.

Given that the first batch of free trials of Apple Music has officially come to an end, now is really the test to see how many users will stay and keep paying for the service, so trying to open as many channels as they can to potential customers does seem like a smart idea.
