Are you someone who travels with as little luggage as possible? Or are you the type that packs as much as they can? If you are the sort that packs a lot, then you know that luggages can get pretty heavy if you plan on lugging them around onto public transport, to your hotel, around the airport, and so on.

Enter the Modobag. This is a piece of luggage that has been launched on Indiegogo that will make traveling a little bit easier, simply because it is almost like a motorized scooter in the sense that you can sit on it and ride it around. Its creators are boasting a speed of up to 8 miles per hour, and apparently it has also been approved by both the TSA and FAA.

It also comes with dual USB ports that allows you to charge your devices while on the go. There is also an accompanying app that lets you track the bag. Unfortunately the Modobag weighs 19 pounds which means that the empty bag already eats into your luggage allowance by quite a lot already. In some cases you might not even be allowed to carry it on the plane with you.

The other downside is that is expensive as the Modobag is priced at $1,000, which let’s face it, will probably get you bags from more mainstream bag brands, however if you think that this is a genius idea that needs to happen, then head on over to its Indiegogo page to pledge your support.
