LG-V10-01LG has confirmed that come 6th of September, the upcoming LG V20 will be announced. We can only assume that details such as a release date, price, and specs will be revealed then, but in case you wanted some information beforehand, you might be in luck as a post on Reddit has revealed some details.

According to the poster Jordanpeterson234512 who claims to be a T-Mobile employee, he claims that the LG V20 will be available for pre-order via the carrier come 14th of September. He also revealed that there will be three bonuses that will come with the pre-order. The first bonus includes an extra battery and an “enhanced hand grip”.

The second bonus will be a “memory module attachment”, which sounds like the LG V20 could be adopting LG’s Friends modules that was launched with the LG G5. The third bonus is said to be a year’s subscription to Hulu plus 3 Vudu rentals. Of course this should be taken with a grain of salt for now, but those are some pretty enticing bonuses if they are true.

So far in terms of specs, we have heard that the handset will be packing quad DACs under the hood, and that it is also expected to launch with Android 7.0 Nougat preinstalled, which would actually be rather neat. Either way check back with us on the 6th of September if you’d like all the official details.
