We have been hearing a bit about Samsung’s next Tizen handset, the Samsung Z2. Just yesterday alleged specs of the phone leaked, but now it seems that we have something better: an official video that was uploaded onto YouTube, thanks to the folks at SamMobile. The video walks us through some of the phone’s specs and features.

It really leaves little to the imagination, so when Samsung does make the announcement, we reckon there won’t be many surprises left. Starting with the processor, Samsung is boasting a quad-core chipset clocked at 1.5GHz, an improvement in cores over the Samsung Z1 which packs a dual-core processor.

The video also highlights certain features, such as LTE which makes it a first for a Tizen smartphone. There are also features baked into the phone like Ultra Data Saving Mode that will help users cut down on data costs. There is also an app called My Money Transfer which as the name implies, lets users transfer money to each other.

However it seems that this feature could be limited to India, but then again Samsung’s Tizen efforts have largely been limited to Asia so it’s not as if we were expecting it stateside. No word on when the official announcement will be taking place, but we reckon with all these leaks it should be pretty soon.
