According to the rumors, word on the street has it that Samsung has a new tablet in the works in the form of the Galaxy Tab S3. In fact in Samsung’s MWC teaser invite, the company seems to hint that they will be making some kind of product announcement which some have taken to mean the tablet.

Now thanks to a report from SamMobile, additional details about the Galaxy Tab S3 have surfaced. According to their report, they have learnt that Samsung plans to release some accessories for the Galaxy Tab S3 in the form of an S Pen and also a keyboard folio that will help increase productivity with the device.

The S Pen is expected to be bundled with the tablet, but it won’t actually have a special slot for the stylus unlike the Galaxy Note handsets, which means that you’ll need to be careful not to lose it. It is expected to be similar to the Note’s S Pen, but we are curious as to whether or not the Tab S3 will offer S Pen functionality, or if the stylus will merely be a stylus and nothing more.

As for the keyboard folio, it is as the name implies and will be a keyboard cover accessory for the tablet. In any case take it with a grain of salt, but if you’re in the market for a new Android tablet then maybe the Galaxy Tab S3 could be worth checking out when it has been officially announced.
