Misfit unveiled its new smartwatch called Vapor back at the Consumer Electronics Show 2017 in January. It was the first touchscreen smartwatch from the company. Misfit said that it would ship the Vapor this summer but that didn’t happen. We later found out in August that the release had been delayed further. The wait will soon be over for those who want to purchase this smartwatch. Misfit is finally going to release the Vapor later this month.

The Misfit Vapor is a 44mm smartwatch with a 1.39 inch AMOLED display. It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon wear 2100 processor with 4GB of RAM. Additional specs include an ambient light sensor, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, heart rate sensor, microphone, and more. It’s powered by Android Wear 2.0.

The Misfit Vapor has a touch bezel which can be used for browsing apps without the fingers getting in the way. It’s also water resistant up to 50m. However, some features like NFC support that are present in most modern smartwatches are missing on the Vapor.

Misfit has confirmed today that the Vapor will finally be going on sale come October 31st. The company will be taking orders for the wearable device via its website Misfit.com. It’s promising early access to those who are Misfit Vapor email subscribers.

Available in jet black, silver tone, gold tone, and rose gold tone finishes, the Misfit Vapor has been priced at $199.99.
