Now that Samsung is done with its biggest product launch for the first half of this year, it can now focus on some other products. The company had said at the Consumer Electronics Show 2018 last month that it’s going to launch its new QLED TV lineup in the near future. The company has officially announced today that its 2018 QLED TV lineup will be unveiled on March 7th in New York.

The First Look event for Samsung’s 2018 QLED lineup is going to take place in New York on March 7th at the American Stock Exchange in Manhattan. It will be a part of Samsung’s global launch event for this year’s premium TV series.

Samsung says that it always designs its products around the lifestyles of its customers and that the new QLED TVs will “do this in brand new ways” for this year. The new lineup will be unveiled at 11 am EST on March 7th.

Samsung has previously revealed that its Bixby virtual assistant will be included in its 2018 premium TV lineup. The assistant will enable users to use their voice to interact with content from various providers and also enable a host of other possibilities that will add a new layer of convenience.

Users will be able to ask Bixby to switch channels or even play a particular song. They can ask it to find award-winning movies or simply ask Bixby about news, weather information. Bixby on Samsung’s 2018 TVs will also be able to control smart home devices.
