Recent reports have suggested that Samsung has a couple of new products in the pipeline, the Gear S4 and the Galaxy Tab S4. Some have claimed that at least one of these products may be launched with the Galaxy Note 9 that’s due to be unveiled in August. However, the latest whispers from the street suggest that the Gear S4 and the Galaxy Tab S4 may not be launched in August.

Samsung hasn’t confirmed at this point in time when it intends to launch the Galaxy Note 9 but rumor has it that the company is looking at August 9th as the potential launch date for its new flagship smartphone. If history is any indication, the Galaxy Note 9 event will take place in New York City.

Word on the street is that neither of the two aforementioned devices will be launched alongside the Galaxy Note 9. Samsung is expected to launch them in September instead. This suggests that the company is likely going to utilize the IFA 2018 stage in order to launch its new smartwatch and tablet. IFA 2018 is going to take place at the start of September.

Samsung has a presence at IFA every year so it’s within the realm of possibility that the company will launch its new smartwatch and tablet at the event, even though it hasn’t confirmed anything about that at this point.
