PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is a highly rated and very popular title that hasn’t been available on a major gaming platform since launch. The game is out on PC and Xbox One but not on PlayStation 4. However, it seems like the PUBG for PS4 release may not be that far off. The PS4 release of the title has been rated by the Korean Game Rating Board which would indicate that the title might finally be making its way to the PlayStation 4.

The popular battle royale title PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds was first released for OC in March last year. It instantly became popular and Microsoft leaped on it. The game was published for the Xbox One in early access as a console exclusive which it remains to this day.

Reports suggest that PUBG has sold more than 8 million copies on the console. PUBG has already arrived on mobile as well. It’s available on both iOS and Android. PlayStation 4 is the only major platform that hasn’t received this title as yet, the Nintendo Switch notwithstanding.

What’s not known at this point in time is what features and maps would be included in the PUBG for PS4 release. The Korean Game Rating Board has merely done its job by listing the rating, it offers no further details. A possible release date is not known right now as well but if Microsoft’s console exclusivity was for a year, it’s possible that PUBG for PS4 might arrive by this December.
