Wireless headphones are definitely becoming more popular than they have ever been, largely thanks to how we’re seeing more handset makers ditch the headphone jacks, which means that customers need new ways of connecting headphones to their phones. We’ve seen some new models launch at IFA last week, but in case you wanted something more sporty, Under Armour has you covered.

Together with JBL, the company has announced a couple of new wireless earphones which clearly have been designed for active use in mind. These headphones come in the form of the UA Sport Wireless React and UA Sport Wireless Pivot, both of which will be engineered by JBL. While there are two models, they will share some similarities such as an IPX7 rating that will withstand water and sweat, Sport Flex Fit Ear Tips, durable fabric cords, and also a battery that will let it be used for a full nine hours (although your mileage may vary depending on this like volume levels).

However they will also be different in terms of design, where the UA Sport Wireless React have a slightly smaller profile, while the UA Sport Wireless Pivot will feature a pair of over-ear hooks. Neither is better than the other and boils down to preference, where some might prefer a more secure fit with the hooks, while others with glasses might find that the hooks can get in the way. In terms of pricing, both will be priced the same at $140 and are set for a release in the 2018 holiday season.
