Samsung announced several new monitors today that are designed for modern workspaces and for gaming. The one that really stands out is called the Space Monitor. Samsung has given it a flexible, modern design that embraces minimalism. The entire idea behind this product is to keep users’ focus on what’s on the monitor and not around it.

The Space Monitor has a unique space saving solution. There’s the integrated minimalist arm which allows for the monitor to be clamped to the desk. This leaves a lot of space on the desk open to ensure ultimate productivity. It’s easy to live with this monitor as well. It can simply be pushed back so that it’s flush against the wall when it’s not being used.

Aside from its minimalism, it’s also a capable monitor. There will be 27 inch and 32 inch sizes available with QHD and 4K UHD resolution respectively. The unique arm stand can hide into the back of the monitor’s slim bezel.

When the stand is in use, the monitor can be titled or extended from the wall easily. It can even be lowered to the desk surface. It serves a dual purpose as the stand makes cable management easy by integrating power and HDMI cords through the arm.

Samsung hasn’t said when the Space Monitor is going to be available and how much it’s going to cost. It will be showcasing the product at CES 2019 next week.
