Ever since the Apple Pencil was introduced, there have been many wondering if support for the iPhone would be coming. We have heard rumors that it could come to 2018’s iPhones, but that clearly did not pan out, and more recently, we’ve heard that it could be coming to this year’s iPhones.

Those rumors seem to be gaining some traction because in a series of posts on MobileFun’s website, it reveals cases made by Olixar for the 2019 iPhone in which the case maker is referring to the handset as the iPhone 11 Pro. What’s notable about its design is how there is a cutout on the back where the Apple Pencil is expected to be housed.

According to Olixar’s description, “Crafted from premium genuine leather, this exquisite black case from Olixar for the iPhone 11 Pro provides stunning style and prestigious protection for your phone in a slim and sleek package, with the added convenience of an Apple Pencil sleeve.”

When it comes to case makers predicting smartphone designs, it stands to reason that some of them might have some sources that could tip them off so that they can release cases early. The alternative is that some might simply be speculating about the design to get it out early, so it’s hard to say who could be right, so take it with a grain of salt for now.
