Apple’s iPads have never really been known for their photography. While they do come with cameras, admittedly there is a good chance that most of us would probably prefer to use our iPhones rather than our iPads to snap a photo. However, this doesn’t mean that Apple will ignore this part of the tablet.

In fact, according to a rumor from last year, it was suggested that the next-gen iPad Pro could come with a triple camera setup similar to last year’s iPhone 11. Whether or not that is true remains to be seen, but thanks to recently leaked photos shared on Twitter by Ben Geskin, it seems that the 2020 iPad Pro could come with a new camera setup.

While it’s hard to confirm if the tablet could sport a triple camera design, the cutout shown in the photos above suggests that it will be a square camera setup similar to the 2019 iPhone 11. It is possible that Apple might choose to use a dual camera setup, but we can’t help but feel that it could sport a triple design.

Why exactly would anyone need such a complex camera system for an iPad is unclear, but we suppose at the very least the option will be there. Take it with a grain of salt for now, but if recent reports are to be believed, the iPad Pro refresh could take place towards the end of March.
