Recently, Samsung announced that they would be hosting a Galaxy Unpacked event for the 28th of April. The company does not state what will be announced, except to say that “the most powerful Galaxy is coming”. This suggests that whatever the company plans to launch, it will not be of the low-end variety.

While some might be hoping for new phones, there is a greater chance that this event could actually be for the company’s laptops. This is according to a report from CNET who points to rumors from earlier this year that suggested that Samsung could be planning new laptops for April, and this event seems to be in line with it.

The rumored laptops that we could see announced include new Galaxy Book laptops as well as new Chromebooks. It will be exciting to see what new laptops the company could be planning to offer, so check back with us on the 28th of April for the details. As to whether or not the event could be related to phones, while there’s always a chance, that’s not what the rumors are saying.

Samsung has a couple of foldable phones they are rumored to launch, but the reports claim that those will most likely take place in July, meaning that this April event will not be it. Either way, we will find out in the coming weeks.
