This year’s E3 sure feels like there is a lot of emphasis placed on virtual reality gaming, and when you consider that big companies like Facebook, HTC/Valve, Sony, Google, and Samsung are invested in the technology, it really shouldn’t be surprising, and now we can also add a new VR title to the list in the form of Star Wars Battlefront: X-Wing VR Mission.
Last month when Activision announced Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, they also announced that they would be releasing a remastered copy of Modern Warfare. Now if you were wondering when you could get your hands on Modern Warfare, the good news is that if you are a PS4 gamer, it looks like you guys will be able to get the game earlier than everyone else.
Earlier today, Capcom announced Resident Evil 7 and together with the announcement, they also released a demo that is available for the PS4 and PlayStation Plus subscribers. While we haven’t played the demo ourselves, from what we can tell that the folks at Capcom have certainly been inspired by the Silent Hills demo P.T.
Last year Nintendo officially introduced Linkle, the female version of Link who made her way into the Hyrule Warriors Legends title. It was later rumored that gamers will be able to play as female Link in the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but given that we just saw the official announcement, Linkle is clearly nowhere in sight.

As Nintendo had previously stated, their presence at E3 will be about showing off new games and not the Nintendo NX, and that the upcoming The Legend of Zelda would be one of them. Sure enough that’s exactly what Nintendo did because The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been officially revealed.
It was revealed earlier this month that the release of PlayStation 4 exclusive Horizon Zero Dawn had been delayed. With virtual reality being such an immersive technology, it is important the controllers of the device are well-tuned, meaning that it should respond with relatively no lag and how you move in real-life should represent how you move in the game. Imagine a set of controllers where lifting your arm slightly results in you swinging your arms wildly in the game, probably not a good idea, right?
