Star Wars fans, interested in donning a t-shirt with a image of the Death Star on it? Now before you think that this is your run of the mill t-shirt with a Death Star image on it, you would be wrong. Instead this Death Star t-shirt by Think Geek does more than keep you warm and keep you clothed.The t-shirt will be able to light up a blast sequence that includes the superlaser powering-up and firing. Thanks to glowing EL technology and a white LED light for the final blast effect, it really does make the t-shirt come alive. Not content with just giving the illusion that it’s charging up a laser and firing, but there will be sound effects accompanying it thanks to a wired speaker box that can be hidden under your shirt or in your pocket.
Unfortunately the Star Wars Death Star electronic attack shirt is not available yet. According to Think Geek’s website, Star Wars fans can expect the t-shirt to arrive in Think Geek’s stores come late December. In the mean time enjoy the video demonstration below of the t-shirt in action.
