samsung_pay_headphonesIt seems that Samsung is really pushing for its Samsung Pay service to take off. The platform appears to be doing pretty well so far and according to reports, it has more than 1 million users in South Korea, a number which we imagine has since increased. However Samsung wants more and has turned to various promotions, like rebates, to tempt users to sign up.

The good news is that if you’re looking for a new pair of headphones, you’re in luck because it seems that Samsung is giving them away if you were to setup a Samsung Pay account. Basically if you have never used the service since you’ve gotten your Samsung device, the current promotion is that if you were to add your credit card to the service, you will be entitled to get a free Samsung Level U wireless headphones.

The headphones themselves are retailing for about $70 on Samsung’s website, so if you’d like to save yourself some money and get a free pair of wireless headphones in the process, maybe signing up for Samsung Pay isn’t such a bad idea. To redeem the headphones, launch the Samsung Pay app and register your card.

After agreeing to the terms and conditions, click “More” and head to events, after which it will show you how you will be able to claim your headphones. This offer is only valid from the 11-22nd of February, so you’ll want to move fast. More details about the promo can be found on Samsung’s website.
