LG-V10-07

Folks who own the LG V10 on T-Mobile will be interested to find out that they will soon receive the much-awaited Android 6.0 Marshmallow update on their handset. The update has already been released for the international version of this device and Verizon sent it out to users just last week. It has been confirmed that T-Mobile is going to release the update for the V10 next week.

The confirmation comes from T-Mobile product manager Des Smith who tweeted that the LG V10 on T-Mobile is going to get the Marshmallow update next week. He didn’t mention a precise release date in his tweet but at least, the time frame is good enough.

LG V10 on T-Mobile is going to receive this update over-the-air, it’s going to bring all of the features and improvements that users expect from Marshmallow, like the improved notifications experience, Doze, Google Now on Tap, enhanced app permissions and much more.

Since no confirmed release date has been provided, just keep an eye out for the update notification on your device in the coming week, chances are that it will arrive soon enough.

Once the OTA update goes live it’s only going to take a few hours of the update to become available across all regions and for all users.
