LG-V10-02Last week, we did bring you word that T-Mobile’s LG V10 smartphone would be on the receiving end of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update some time later this week – and it seems that the folks over at T-Mobile have kept to their words, straight and true like an arrow, which would certainly make owners of the LG V10 happy as they get to indulge in a similar operating system version as their mates who are rocking to the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge.

LG V10 owners on T-Mobile will be able to perform the download and install it via the LG Bridge app for Windows PC and Mac users. Once this particular app is installed, hook up your handset to your computer, and the update will appear. Applying the update will see your software version get bumped to H90120E. For those who are not in a rush to always have the latest and greatest updates can always play the patience card and wait for the over-the-air rollout of the update, but then again, it might take some time for certain subscribers compared to the others.

In other words, new features in the vein of Now On Tap, Doze Mode and App Standby will be part of your LG V10.
