Apple TV-4G_Remote-PRINTApple’s event tomorrow is expected to be all about the company’s new MacBook Pros, and maybe even its MacBook Air lineup which has yet to receive any meaningful upgrades in recent times. However it is also expected that the upcoming event will focus a bit on Apple’s other products, namely the Apple TV.

According to a report from USA Today (via 9to5Mac), they claim that they have been tipped off that come tomorrow, Apple’s “Hello Again” event will see the Cupertino company announce a new Apple TV app that will come with discovery features. The idea is that this new app will help users find shows to watch based on their interests and subscriptions.

The app was referred to as “Watch List” in private talks, but it is expected to be called something else upon its release. This is also not the first time that Apple has been rumored to release such an app/feature. Back in August, there were rumors that Apple could be working on some kind of digital TV guide, and if the latest reports are true, this could be it.

In any case we’ll have to wait and see if this pans out, but if you are an Apple TV subscriber then this could be a feature worth looking forward to.
