Spotify announced a new bundle for students last year with Hulu. It costs $5 per month and offers them access to both streaming services. It’s an incredibly good deal and now Spotify is making it even better. The world’s most popular music streaming service has announced today that this $5 per month bundle now includes Showtime as well.

The bundle that was launched last year combined Spotify Premium with the ad-supported on-demand streaming service from Hulu. Students can get the best of both worlds for $4.99 which is what Spotify’s student plan used to cost on its own. So they have essentially been given a Hulu subscription for free.

The upgraded Spotify Premium for Students bundle now includes access to Showtime as well. This will allow them to enjoy content on-demand from the network. The library includes countless TV shows and movies in addition to political shows, documentaries, and sports programming. It will also be possible to view the live telecast of the network’s East and West Coast feeds as well as commercial-free access to all shows.

Perhaps the best thing about this announcement today is that the price hasn’t been raised. The bundle still costs $5 per month. It’s only available to students. Those who haven’t signed up yet can go to spotify.com/student to sign up for this bundle.
