Pre-orders of the new Apple Watch Series 7 have begun and they were originally intended to be sent out to customers on the 15th of October. However, if you have yet to pull the trigger, then you might be in for quite a wait.

This is because according to a report from Bloomberg, it appears that shipping times for many of the Apple Watch Series 7 models have started to slip where it seems that customers have to wait anywhere between 2-3 weeks for some models, while other models are now seeing an estimated 5 weeks (if not longer) of waiting.

This means that instead of being able to get your hands on one as soon as next week, some customers might end up having to wait until mid or possibly late November. That being said, there is a good chance this isn’t necessarily due to the new models being extremely popular that’s why they’re sold out.

If you recall, there were rumors of a possible production issue that was only sorted out recently, which meant that Apple does not have enough stock on hand to guarantee enough supply for the 15th of October release. We expect that these delays should eventually ease over the coming months, but for those who haven’t pre-ordered when the pre-orders went live, there’s a good chance you won’t be getting it next week.
