At the NAVEE launch event in Suzhou, the WaveFly 5X flying speedboat was the main attraction, but the company also gave us hands-on time with several of its latest mobility products.

From left to right: UT5 Ultra X, UT5 Max, XT5 Pro, GT5 Max, ST5 Max, K100 Max.
I had fun driving the XT5 Pro all-terrain e-scooter and the ST5 Max urban performance e-scooter, while the flagship UT5 Ultra X stood out as the most powerful scooter in the lineup.

The UT5 Ultra X at the NAVEE event
The UT5 Ultra X can reach an impressive max speed of 43 mph (70 km/h) and features dual 2400W motors, a 46% max incline, front and rear hydraulic disc brakes with rear EABS, front and rear hydraulic suspension, an extended deck, a 360-degree lighting system, and a 75-mile (120 km) max range.
The UT5 Max was also shown with 2400W max power, a 39% max incline, front and rear hydraulic suspension, dual 130 mm disc brakes with rear EABS, 12-inch self-healing tubeless tires, a 31 mph (50 km/h) max speed, and a 62-mile (100 km) max range.

Me with the ST5 Max. The ride was very smooth, and the e-scooter was uber-easy to maneuver.
The ST5 Max is more urban-focused and features a 1650W Hyper Motor, Dual Damping Arm suspension, NavUltrange 90 km max range, NavXride control for safe riding, a 3.5-inch smart TFT display, and hands-free locking with NaviLock.

The all-terrain XT5 Pro in action. I enjoyed riding this one because the deck is wide and comfortable.
The off-road XT5 Pro was very comfortable to ride thanks to its wide deck, similar to the UT5 Ultra X, although both models are significantly heavier than the ST5 Max. I prefer the comfort of my feet on the XT5 Pro to the ST5 Max’s lightweight, and the fact that I could ride the XT5 Pro easily on grass was a plus.
The Storm X Pro is NAVEE’s first electric dirt bike, and it brings much more serious performance. It delivers 17,000W peak power, 500 Nm of torque, a 72V 40 Ah lithium battery, pro-level suspension, a 59 mph (95 km/h) top speed, and a 75-mile (120 km) max range.

NAVEE’s first electric dirt bike, the Storm X Pro – I wish I could own that one!
I was impressed by the Storm X Pro’s powerful acceleration and ease of use, especially compared with my old 80 cc gas-powered bike with a manual 6-speed transmission and a top speed of 50 mph (80 km/h), which I rode a long time ago. The Storm X Pro offers good performance for the $4,999.99 price tag, though for safety reasons I could not ride at full speed.
The event also included a demo of the NAVEE EXO S Pro exoskeleton, designed for outdoor exploration, commuting, and professional applications. According to the company, it can reduce physical exertion by up to 35% and respond in just 0.03 seconds.

NAVEE is also known for its E-Golf Push Carts, and we could get our hands on the BIRDIE 3X and the brand-new BIRDIE 5X.

At the top, the BIRDIE 5X; at the forefront, the BIRDIE 3X e-golf carts
The BIRDIE 3X features 3-second fast folding, a compact 0.15 m³ folded size, a Smart Follow Me function, 25% max incline support, dual motors, five-wheel stability including an anti-tipping wheel, Downhill Assist Control (DAC) with auto speed limiting, a 99 ft (30 m) remote range, cup and umbrella holders, an intuitive dashboard with HD display, power assist mode for pushing forward, 36-hole-plus battery life, a USB-C charging port, and app connectivity.

The BIRDIE 5X’s revamped handlebar – the display was turned off
Launched in January 2026, the BIRDIE 5X was also on display and adds a built-in GPS screen plus a redesigned handlebar focused on better control and course convenience. Compared with the 3X, the 5X handlebar includes GPS navigation, simplified one-button on/pause controls, and upgraded UWB remote connectivity for a more reliable connection; both models share the same core idea: Follow-Me tracking using UWB sensors and hand-activated acceleration triggers built into the handles.

Sitting in the NAVEE eVTOL Karting 5 flying car
Finally, I also sat in the prototype eVTOL Karting 5 flying car. NAVEE listed its key specs as a maximum design speed of 100 km/h, a net weight of 116 kg, a maximum payload of 85 kg, a maximum flight altitude of 120 m, and a maximum range of 20 km. I cannot wait to have the opportunity to fly that one.
