Tomorrow Apple will officially announce their new iPhones. The event is also rumored to see the launch of the Apple Watch Series 4, and possibly new iPad Pro models. Apple’s iPhone events also typically see the launch of new Beats products, but unfortunately that might not happen this year.

A report from The Verge claims that according to their source, Apple might actually not announce new Beats products at the iPhone event tomorrow. This means that those who are looking forward to updated headphones, earphones, or speakers, will be out of luck. However as The Verge points out, this shouldn’t be too surprising.

This is because over the years ever since Apple acquired the company, they have not really put out anything groundbreaking. For the most part the products released since feature minor upgrades, with the focus mostly being on new colorways which is actually a pretty popular marketing strategy that is employed by the fashion industry, especially in the sneaker business.

Not to mention there was a report from earlier this year that suggested Apple could be looking to launch its own high-end headphones. It would be disappointing if there are no new Beats products as we’re sure that there are some who might be looking forward to upgrades, but either way check back with us tomorrow for the official details.
