Nike and Apple have been working together for the past few years, and in more recent times, we’ve seen that partnership extend to the Apple Watch where there are special Nike versions of the Apple Watch for those who are a fan of Nike and who might appreciate the special sports band that is used for the Nike Apple Watches.
That being said, if you are a fan of Nike and would like to accessorize your Apple Watch with more Nike options, you’ll be pleased to learn that Nike has since announced new sports bands and loops for the Apple Watch. The new color options include Celestial Teal, Olive Flak, and Smokey Mauve.
These colors are applicable on both the rubberized version of the bands, and also for the fabric version of the loops. In terms of pricing, both models are the same and will cost $49 per band. As for sizing, they are available in either 40mm or 44mm options and are expected to play nicely across all models of the Apple Watch, so even if you are using an older model, not to worry as it should fit.
However there is a catch and that is if you want to purchase one of these bands, you will need to sign up to be a NikePlus member. They will also be exclusive to the Nike website so it seems that customers won’t have much of a choice.
