The Apple Watch is already pretty good at reading certain aspects about our health, like our heart rate, calories burned, steps walked, distance run, and so on. However if you’re looking for more comprehensive readings, then you might be interested in the Aura Smart Strap which will be able to enhance your Apple Watch experience.

For those unfamiliar, Aura launched a device on Kickstarter last year in the form of the Aura Band, but the company took the wraps off the Smart Strap at CES this year which is basically a band for your Apple Watch. It comes with built-in electrodes which when you touch and hold it for five seconds, it will be able to read your measurements like weight, fat, muscle mass, and even your body water percentage which shows how hydrated you are.

The Aura Smart Strap based on photos we’ve seen isn’t necessarily the most fashionable band for the Apple Watch out there, but like we said the additional measurements it can take might come in handy if you’re trying to keep a better track of your health and how your exercise and diet is affecting you.

That being said, it is unclear as to how accurate the Smart Strap’s readings are, but it is planned for a launch in Q2 2019 where it will be priced at $89.
