According to a report from last week, it was rumored that the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G could be launching on Verizon next month, or to be more specific, it could be launching on the 16th of May. Now according to the folks at Android Headlines, they have managed to get their hands on a render of the upcoming handset that seemingly confirms the release date.

As you can see in the image above, it shows the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G with a date on the screen set for the 16th of May. This has led to speculation that the previously reported date could be right on the money, although to be fair, the previous leak did come from Evan Blass who has proven himself time and time again to be pretty accurate.

Whether or not this is true remains to be seen, but since we’re about a month away from May, we suppose we won’t have to wait too long to find out. Exactly how much the phone will cost remains to be seen, but when the phone was announced for South Korea, it was priced around 1.5 million won which is about $1,300 after conversion.

This makes the phone more expensive than the Galaxy S10+, and let’s not forget that Verizon’s 5G plans are also expected to be priced higher than their LTE plans, so you will probably end up paying more than you’d like.
