With more TVs starting to shift towards supporting 4K, it’s not surprising that content providers are also stepping up in their efforts at creating 4K content. However, for whatever reason, Hulu has held out on supporting 4K until the recent years, but the good news is that if you watch Hulu on your Xbox One, you can look forward to it supporting 4K videos.

Hulu has confirmed that support for 4K will be rolling out to the Xbox One, and there is even more good news as the company has also confirmed that 4K support for other devices like Amazon’s Fire TV and LG WebOS devices are in the works as well, so if you don’t have the Xbox One, not to worry as you can look forward to seeing more 4K content soon.

The company did in the past roll out support for 4K, but for whatever reason, they later stopped supporting it. That being said, it should be noted that for Hulu’s current 4K offerings, it seems to be largely limited to the company’s original shows. We expect that support for other shows will be added at a later date, but that’s something to consider if you were hoping to watch other shows, but we suppose it’s still better than nothing.
