Do you hate having to walk all the way from your car to pay for gas after you’re done pumping? Jaguar has a solution, provided that you own one of its more recent models and live in a particular country. If those requirements are met, you can take advantage of a new feature that Jaguar is offering in collaboration with Shell. You will be able to pay for fuel at Shell stations from inside the car.

Those who own select Jaguar models will be able to use a cashless payment app made by Shell to pay for gas using the car’s touchscreen. This feature is available in 2018 Jaguar F-PACE, XE, and XF models.

The app uses Apple Pay or PayPal to process the payments and Jaguar confirms that Android Pay will be added later. Currently, this service is only being offered at all Shell gas stations in the United Kingdom but Jaguar does say that it’s going to be rolled out to other markets across the globe later this year.

It also intends to create similar cashless payment services for drive-through restaurants and parking. You still have to leave the car in order to pump the gas but at least you’ll save valuable minutes by instantly paying what you owe for gas from inside the car itself.
